2025 free workshop application
Thanks to a $100,000 grant from the TOYOTA Community Trust, Red Dirt Robotics is offering 12 months of free STEM workshops to schools across Regional Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales and South Australia. We aim to work with nearly 2000 young engineers across the year, inspiring them to take up STEM, both inside and out of the classroom.
We are now taking applications from schools across Victoria for workshops in Term 1, 2025. Please fill out the application form below to get engaging STEM workshops into your classroom! Once we have received applications, you will be contacted to make arrangements for dates and times.

Each school is entitled to two free workshops, approximately half a school day. We make every effort to align with your school’s timetable to minimise disruptions. You can choose any combination of our three program offerings, outlined on our workshops page, to best suit your students’ needs.
If you’d like to schedule additional programs beyond the two funded workshops, this can be arranged in advance and will include a standard facilitation fee. If space permits, schools may apply for additional workshops in later terms, with priority given to new applicants.
